  • Returns policy of Diamond Petals allows customers to return purchased products within 30 days from when the customer receives them. We recommend contacting our Customer Service team to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the source from where the original payment at the time of purchase was received. This can be the debit card, credit card, or net banking.
  • This refund will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned product. Delivery charges will not be included in the refund amount.
  • All return products should be packed securely with the return address properly labelled on the package. Hand over the package to your nearest Australia Post or any other suitable drop off options agreed with Diamond Petals beforehand.
  • All return products are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance department. Only after inspection and approval, the refund will be processed.
  • In case of any alteration (which includes resizing), wear and tear, or damage, no refund will be processed.

Diamond Petals reserves the right refund and are subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions:

  • Customised Jewelry which includes personalised/engraved products /ordered in line with specific instructions from the Customer is not eligible for a refund.
  • Loose diamonds do not form a part of the returns policy whatsoever. However, under unusual circumstances (subject to assessment from our Quality assurance department) if the loose diamond is damaged or not of the quality specified on the website, we will refund the full amount through the same channel it was paid at the time of purchase.
  • All return products should include original tag, copy/original receipt, and diamond certification otherwise, we will not be able to refund.
  • Shipping costs and insurance associated with the return or exchange of items are non-refundable and are the shipper’s responsibility.
  • Delivery costs for returns must be pre-paid by the customer. However, in case of a faulty item, we will happily reimburse the entire shipping cost. Diamond Petals will not be held liable for any damage, delay, loss, or cost for the transport of the product back to us.
  • We reserve all rights to adjust the refund amount if the original purchase was made through a promo code, discount, or coupon. The returning amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
  • If a product were purchased at a discount, we would refund the price mentioned on the invoice, i.e., the discounted price. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Diamond Petals and accepts our decision regarding the returns policy.
  • Cancellation on all products and loose diamonds will incur a cancellation fee of our justified costs of the total purchase price.
